Grant and I got to see McClane yesterday and boy has he grown! My doctor thought my stomach was measuring a little small for how far along I am so she wanted me to get another ultrasound to make sure his growth is on track. And we found out that he's just fine! He is already measuring 5 lbs 11 oz. and I've got about 3.5 weeks to go so we're looking at McClane being around 7.5 lbs if he continues growing at about a half a pound a week. We were so excited to see our little guy again! He is already head down and I have already "dropped" so he is preparing himself to come into the world in just a few short weeks! We can't WAIT! The doctor was able to get a good view of his face and he has the cutest bow-shaped lips. He seemed to be pouting a good bit poking those lips out - it was so funny. And he opened his mouth one time and stuck his tongue out at us! He's already proving to have some personality! Here are some pics from the ultrasound.

What a wonderful post! It almost brought tears to my eyes. I immediately called Bob over to see the pics and to read the content to him. I am so excited for you--and for us, too.
We are so excited to see these pictures! We already love him with all our hearts and can't wait to see him and hold him. It will be such a joy for us! We know he will be a beautiful and well loved little boy! And we can't wait to be Grandparents!!
