For those of you who don't know, Grant is a phenomenal cook and is not afraid to cook anything. The other night when Grant came home from work wanting to go buy some lobsters and cook them, even I was a little skeptical at how they would turn out. Well, they turned out great! They were delicious and we had quite the New England feast. I am so lucky to have a husband who loves to cook because otherwise, we would all starve!

My mom got here at the end of last week and she has been a huge help since arriving. I had an eye doctor appointment this morning in Boston and I left McClane with her. That was my first time being away from him for more than 30 minutes and I was nervous about leaving him but he did just fine with his Grammie. I think she enjoyed him too!

I laughed out loud when I read your statement that you would all starve if Grant didn't know how to cook; it strikes VERY close to home! I know your mother enjoyed every second babysitting McClane! His Mama Pam wants a turn:)
